    Enough for All (E4A) is Calgary’s community-driven poverty reduction strategy. To achieve its goals, E4A includes 10 levers of change that represent specific areas of focus that must be addressed if we are to reduce poverty in Calgary. One of those levers is employment. We’re checking in with Calgarians to understand how we can build an Enough For All future.

    Adequate employment is a key factor in reducing poverty and improving quality of life. Recognizing the need to influence policies, we want to understand more about the impact of living wages versus minimum wages, the impact of employment on meeting basic needs, what opportunities exist for skills development, and what the employment landscape looks like today in Calgary.
